Unfortunately, you can't donate robux directly to non-BC members. However, you could always ask them to put up a game pass or a clothing item for sale and buy it from them!

I gifted robux to my non-BC friend by purchasing their game pass. Works like a charm!

Just have them make a t-shirt or game pass for sale, and you can buy it to transfer robux.

Nope, you need BC (or any form of Premium) to set up direct sales for robux. But hey, buying their in-game items works too.
