Nah, Lethal Company is a PC-exclusive for now. It's only available on Steam for Windows users. But who knows? Keep an eye out for updates from the devs - they might expand to other platforms if the demand's high!
Not officially, but you can run Windows on your Mac through Boot Camp or a similar program and play it that way! Did this myself and it works pretty smoothly. Just make sure your Mac's specs can handle it.
