Nope, Jack Cooper's status ain't confirmed in Apex Legends. Until devs say something, he's a ghost.

As of the latest updates and lore from Apex Legends, there has been no direct mention or evidence that Jack Cooper, the protagonist from Titanfall 2, is alive in the Apex Legends universe. But given the shared universe and the occasional nods to the Titanfall series, it's not out of the realm of possibility. Keep an eye on new seasons; you never know when Respawn might drop a surprise!
