Totally depends on who you ask in-game, but from what the story suggests, there's no solid proof either way. The whole point seems to be the ambiguity—does it matter if she's a synth or not if she believes she is? But if you're looking for a straight answer... the game doesn't give you one. Makes you think, doesn't it?

Nope, she isn't. Without spoiling much, let's just say the evidence pointing towards her being a synth is pretty thin. There's more to suggest she's just a human going through some serious identity issues.

Honestly, it's all about perspective. The game plays with the theme of identity and what it means to be human or synth. So, she might be, she might not be, but in the end, does it change how you see her?
