Loki's definitely not the most powerful, but he's one of the most interesting. Power isn't everything, after all!
As much as we love Loki, he's not the most powerful. He's more about cunning and manipulation than brute strength. Characters like Thanos or the Scarlet Witch pack more of a punch in terms of raw power.
From my reading of the comics, Loki's magical abilities are formidable, but beings like Galactus or the Celestials make him look like a lightweight.
