Nah, not really. The tracks and cars might look similar, but Hot Wheels and Maisto don't mesh well. Hot Wheels are all about those wild designs and speeds, and Maisto鈥檚 vibe is a bit different. You can try, but it's like fitting a square peg in a round hole.
I've mixed them before, and it's hit or miss. Most times, the Hot Wheels cars zoom around the Megatropolis tracks just fine. However, a few of my Hot Wheels cars were too wide or too low for some parts of the tracks. So, it's a kinda-sorta situation.
