Nope, Maisto tracks and Hot Wheels don't really play nice together. Hot Wheels tracks are designed specifically for their own cars, which have a unique size and wheel width. Maisto's tracks and cars are a bit different, so if you try mixing them, you might not get the smooth, epic racing experience you're looking for.
Honestly, it's hit or miss. I tried mixing them and it was like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Some Maisto cars might roll down a Hot Wheels track but don't expect them to do any fancy loops or jumps without a fuss.
