Super sorry, but MLB The Show isn't available on PC at all, let alone cross-platform. It's mainly for PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch.

Nope, MLB The Show isn't on PC, period. So cross-platform on PC? That's a no go.

As someone who's played on console, I can confirm that MLB The Show is not available on PC and thus can't support cross-platform play with it.
