I've been using Xbox Game Pass on PC for a while now. No caps on download speeds! It really comes down to your ISP and network traffic.

I haven鈥檛 noticed any speed caps while downloading games from Xbox Game Pass for PC. My downloads only slow down during peak internet usage times.

Nope, Xbox Game Pass for PC doesn't cap your download speed. But your actual speed may depend on your internet connection and network congestion.
