For the most part, yes! My Hero Academia is generally suitable for teens 13 and above due to its action-packed scenes and occasional mature themes. There's some violence and minor swearing, but nothing too extreme.

I let my 12-year-old watch it, and it was fine. There are intense battles and some darker moments, but the positive themes of heroism and friendship shine through.

Personally, I think it's best for ages 14 and up. Some scenes are intense and might be a bit much for younger kids.
