If your Pokemon card has that shiny, shimmery effect, but it's only on the part of the card EXCEPT the picture in the middle - congrats, that's a reverse holo! The main picture will be normal, but the rest of the card will shine like it's ready for a disco. It's a cool way to find a unique version of your favorite cards!

Nah, if it's sparkly all over, it's a regular holo. Reverse holos are only flashy around the edges and text, not on the pokemon pic itself.

Just flip that card over and check the light. If everything but the art is sparkly, you got yourself a reverse holo. Simple as that.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
