Naruto, hands down. Kurama gives him the extra juice to outdo Sasuke, even with Sasuke's Rinnegan and Sharingan.
Sasuke would win. Rinnegan and Sharingan make him unpredictable in a fight.
I think Naruto edges out Sasuke because of his bijuu power and life force. I've been following the series closely, and it's apparent in their battles.
