Nope, there's been no official word from Rockstar Games about Ned Luke (the voice actor for Michael De Santa in GTA V) being in GTA 6. Speculations are all over the place, but until we get a solid yes or no from the devs, it's all just rumors.

Nah, don't think so. Wouldn't they have announced something as big as Ned Luke joining GTA 6 by now? Seems like wishful thinking to me.

Last I checked, Rockstar hasn't spilled the beans on the cast for GTA 6 yet. So, anyone saying Ned Luke is definitely in it is just guessing.
