Unfortunately, there's no split-screen mode for local multiplayer on Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012) for Xbox 360. You can, however, compete online.

Yep! Need for Speed Most Wanted (2012) on Xbox 360 offers split-screen multiplayer, so you can race against your friends right next to you.

No, it's only got online multiplayer, sadly. No local split-screen on NFS Most Wanted (2012).
