Nope, no Niko. GTA 5 is all about Michael, Franklin, and Trevor. Niko gets a couple of shoutouts, but he's pretty much MIA.

Niko Bellic isn't a character you can meet or interact with in GTA V, but he's not completely absent from the game. He gets a nod through dialogue and a subtle cameo in an in-game website. It's more of an Easter egg for fans rather than a full appearance.
Nah, Niko Bellic, our beloved protagonist from GTA IV, doesn't make an appearance in the flesh in GTA 5. However, he's mentioned a few times and even shows up as a character option for a heist crew, but that's about as close as you get. So if you're hoping to bump into him while cruising down Vinewood, you're outta luck, buddy.
Honestly, would have been epic to see Niko in GTA 5, but Rockstar decided to keep him in the past. He gets some mentions here and there, but no physical appearance. A missed opportunity if you ask me.
