Definitely! Most of One Piece anime episodes are based directly on the original manga by Eiichiro Oda, which makes them canon. However, like most long-running anime series, One Piece includes filler episodes that aren't part of the manga. These fillers are usually created to give the manga time to get ahead, but they're not considered canon by most fans. So, if you stick to the episodes that directly adapt the manga, you're watching the canon storyline!

Canon is what you make of it, IMO. Yeah, the manga is the 'official' story, but some filler arcs in the anime are super fun and add to the characters. Just enjoy the ride!

Strictly speaking, not all of it. The manga is the true canon. The anime adds filler episodes that aren't in the manga. Stick to the manga if you're a purist.

Fillers can be skipped if you're a canon purist. But honestly, some are pretty entertaining and give more screen time to your fav characters. Why not give 'em a chance?

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
