Saitama isn't officially a planet buster in the series, but his punches are so over-the-top powerful that it's easy to imagine he might be. I mean, the dude swats away meteors like they're baseballs!

As of now, One Punch Man hasn't explicitly shown Saitama destroying a planet, but given his absurd strength, the possibility is definitely there.

Technically, Saitama hasn't busted a planet in the series, but considering he always wins in one punch, it wouldn't surprise me if he could.
