Honestly, it doesn't matter. Both versions are great, so just go with whichever one you prefer.
Dub's where it's at, my friends! The English voice cast is amazing and captures Saitama's deadpan humor brilliantly. Also, no need to keep up with subtitles while watching those epic fights!
I've watched both and gotta say: go with sub if you want the authentic experience. But dub does a solid job too if you want to multitask!
