LOL, no way! Saitama's routine is purely for fun and parody. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run every day? That's more like a recipe for overtraining than becoming a superhero. But maybe give it a try and see if your hair falls out!

It's a joke, folks! The training Saitama does is meant to be absolutely ridiculous. No one can get that strong just from basic exercises, though it's a good way to start getting fit. Just don't expect to punch through walls anytime soon!

As someone who tried it, I can tell you it won't turn you into a superhero. But hey, it's a solid full-body workout and better than doing nothing. Just be careful not to overdo it and get injured!

Definitely not legit. It's satire. Saitama's training is an exaggeration. Real strength training involves more variety and progression.
