Technically, yes and no! The original Plants vs Zombies game requires a purchase for PC and Mac. However, there are versions on mobile that are free to download but include in-app purchases. So, if you're keen on not spending any cash initially, hit up the mobile version, but keep an eye on those tempting in-app purchases!

Well, it depends on where you're playing. On mobile, PvZ is indeed free to download but expect in-app purchases. On PC and consoles, you gotta buy it. So, choose your platform wisely!

Yep, but the free version's on mobile and comes with in-app purchases. So it's free to start, but keep your wallet close cuz those extra levels and plants can be tempting.

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
