Nope, Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare isn't free. You gotta buy the game to play it, but trust me, it's worth every penny if you're into vanquishing zombies with a vengeance.

However, if you're looking for a little PvZ action without dropping some cash, the original Plants vs Zombies game has mobile versions that are free to download. They've got in-app purchases, but you can still have a ton of fun without spending anything.

Actually, I got Garden Warfare during a special promotional event for free! Sometimes game platforms or EA itself will run promos or give the game away as a part of a subscription service. Keep your eyes peeled for deals!

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
