Short answer: PS Plus = subscription for perks. PS Store = where you buy games and stuff.
Nope, PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Store are different beasts! PS Plus is a subscription service giving you access to online multiplayer, monthly free games, and exclusive discounts. The PlayStation Store is just where you buy games, DLCs, and other digital content.
Speaking from experience, PS Plus has truly upped my game with those free monthly titles and multiplayer access. The PS Store is where I get all my games and add-ons. Totally worth it!
