To be honest, I think Rampart is underrated. I've won more matches than I can count just because Sheila and the Amped Covers turned the tide. People often overlook how strategic her setup can be.
Meh, too situational for my taste. Great for defense, but Apex is all about mobility, and she just doesn't fit that bill for me.
