Nope, Ryu Hayabusa and Street Fighter Ryu are two different characters. Ryu Hayabusa is from Ninja Gaiden, and Street Fighter Ryu is from, well, Street Fighter!

Just because they share the name Ryu doesn't mean they're the same person. Different games, different moves, different universes!
Ryu Hayabusa is a ninja from Ninja Gaiden. Street Fighter's Ryu is a martial artist focused on Hadoukens and Shoryukens. Totally different guys!
They're not the same. Ryu Hayabusa wields a sword and fights demons, while Street Fighter Ryu masters martial arts and street fights. Trust me, I've played both series!
