Sand's definitely good for grinding in Blox Fruits, especially because of its Logia effect at a low level! Plus, the Desert Spada move is awesome for dealing with groups of enemies.

Eh, Sand's decent, but there are better fruits for grinding like Light or Flame. Try those if you want to level up faster.
I've had great success with Sand for grinding. Its moves are quick and cover good area, making it easy to handle multiple enemies at once.
