I've been playing Fallout 4 since release, and Scrounger has always been a part of my strategy. The amount of ammo you find with this perk is insane. Especially if you're into experimenting with all the different weapons, never worrying about ammo means more fun blasting through the Commonwealth.
Nope. Just loot everything and buy ammo. You'll get enough caps to cover your expenses. Scrounger's overrated when you could use those perk points for something that boosts your damage or survival.
