Shellos isn't super rare, but it's region-specific. You can catch the West Sea form in the Americas and Africa and the East Sea form in Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

Shellos has two forms, and while they're not crazy rare, you might still have to hunt a bit depending on your region. Happy hunting!
