Honestly, Mist Breathing is just better. No debate.
Mist Breathing is my pick. The evasion and stealth attacks let you outmaneuver enemies and hit them where it hurts.
Sound Breathing all the way! The AoE damage and flashiness make it super fun and effective in group fights.
