Unfortunately, Spider-Man games like Marvel's Spider-Man and its sequel are exclusively available on PlayStation consoles, not Xbox. But Xbox does have some fantastic superhero games to enjoy!
As a lifelong Xbox user, I can confirm that Spider-Man isn't on Xbox. However, Xbox does have games like 'LEGO Marvel Super Heroes' where you can play as Spidey!
