I tried both and Bird: Falcon Fruit's flight ability absolutely changed my game. Spin Fruit just doesn't compare in terms of mobility and aerial combat.
Spin Fruit is a pretty solid choice for mobility and crowd control, but Bird: Falcon Fruit takes flight and attack versatility to a whole new level. Personally, I'd go with Bird: Falcon for its better utility in various situations!
