As of now, you can't transfer your save between platforms in Starfield. Bummer, I know!

I played the demo, and I had to restart on PC after playing on Xbox. No cross-save!

Unfortunately, Starfield does not have cross-save functionality. You'll have to stick to one platform for your adventures.
