Nah, Steam usually announces scheduled maintenance ahead of time on their official forums or Twitter. If Steam's down unexpectedly, it's likely just a hiccup and not long-term maintenance. Always a good idea to check Steam's server status or their social media for any updates!

Steam down? Just give it a bit. It's probably not maintenance unless they said something. Steam's pretty solid, so if it's not working right now, just wait a few and try again. Works for me every time.

If you think Steam's down for maintenance without an announcement, that's rare. It's more likely a temporary issue or your own internet acting up. Steam's robust, not often down without a word.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
