Not really, Below Zero has a max depth of around 1,000 meters, which is less than the original Subnautica's 1,700 meters. Still worth diving into!

First-hand experience here鈥擝elow Zero feels more compact, but it's packed with more story and different biomes. Depth isn't everything, trust me.
