From experience, I can confirm Tales of Arise doesn't support cross platform play. Tried playing with my friend on Xbox while I was on PC, and it didn't work.

Unfortunately, Tales of Arise doesn't support cross platform play. So, it's PlayStation players with PlayStation players, Xbox with Xbox, and PC with PC!
