Nope, the Mortal Kombat movie is primarily in English. But you can find Japanese subtitles and even a dubbed version if you really want to hear Scorpion yell 'Get over here!' in Japanese!

The Mortal Kombat movie was made in English, but you might find dubbed versions or subtitles in Japanese depending on where you look.

I watched it in Tokyo, and they had it with Japanese subtitles. The original audio is in English though.
