As someone who's combed through pretty much every inch of Fallout 4, I can confirm that the NCR doesn't make an appearance. Would've been cool, but the game keeps its story and factions strictly to the new setting.

Nope, the NCR doesn't get mentioned in Fallout 4. The game's focused on the East Coast, specifically around Boston, so it sticks to the local lore and factions there. No desert rangers showing up in the Commonwealth!

The NCR? Not in Fallout 4, my friend. That's West Coast business from previous games. Fallout 4's all about that East Coast vibe, with factions like the Brotherhood of Steel, the Institute, and the Railroad.

NCR? In Fallout 4? Nah, that's Fallout: New Vegas territory. Wrong coast!
