Honestly, it's a bit much for beginners. Start smaller and work up to it if you feel like going beast mode.
Not really. Overtraining is a real risk. Mix it up with rest days and other exercises for better results.
The One Punch Man workout (100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run every day) isn't scientifically backed for optimal fitness results. But hey, it's a fun way to build some basic strength and endurance!
