Nope, sorry to burst your bubble, but Shadow Lugia is a myth in the Pokemon card world. It's a fan-made concept that's never been officially released by the Pokemon TCG. There's a lot of cool and rare cards out there, but Shadow Lugia isn't one of them.

Absolutely not. Shadow Lugia is as real as my chances of winning a marathon. It's a cool idea, but no official Pokemon TCG card like that exists.
