Nope, the PS3 and PS4 use different power cords. The PS3 typically uses a two-prong figure-8 connector, while the PS4 uses the standard IEC C7 cable.

I use both consoles and can confirm they have different cords. PS3's is more basic, while PS4's is closer to what you'd find on a laptop.
