Nope, PlayStation Plus doesn't currently offer a family plan. Each account needs its own subscription.

Sadly, no. You'll have to purchase individual subscriptions for each family member.

I've checked a few times, and yeah, no family plan for PlayStation Plus at the moment. Each person needs their own subscription.
