Unfortunately, Mortal Kombat 11 doesn't have a no gore setting. You could always close your eyes during fatalities, though!

Nope, MK11 is all about that classic, over-the-top violence. If you're not into that, it might not be the game for you.

I've looked through all the settings, and trust me, there's no option to turn off the gore. Maybe just play as Johnny Cage and keep it classy?
