Yes, you can use the Stasis Rifle to freeze them and then hit them with your knife or propulsion cannon! It鈥檚 risky but it works.
Just get the Cyclops and ram those beasties out of your way! Worked for me every time.
Honestly, the best way to deal with Leviathans is to avoid them. Don鈥檛 poke the underwater bear!
No need to fight them; just outswim them with a Seaglide or a fast vehicle. Speed is your best friend!
