Unfortunately, you can't officially name habitats in Subnautica. But you can drop a beacon and give it a custom name to remember your base by!

I always name my bases using beacons! Just drop one near your habitat and rename it to whatever you like.

I give my bases quirky names using beacons. One's called 'Kraken's Lair'鈥攎akes it easier to navigate and more fun!
