There's no official method to transfer robux between accounts. Your best bet is creating and selling game passes or items to your friend.
If you want to give robux to a friend, create a game pass or merchandise for the robux amount and have them buy it!
In my experience, creating a game pass and having your friend purchase it works as a solid workaround for transferring robux.
Nope, you can't just hit a button and send robux to someone else. Roblox doesn't support direct transfers.
