Install the game on an external SSD. Faster load times and smoother gameplay = happy diver!
Honestly? Subnautica just needs a better optimization update for Xbox. Until then, we're kinda stuck with the hiccups.
Turn off the auto-save feature and manually save your game to reduce lag and stuttering. Worked wonders for me!
Switch to performance mode if your Xbox supports it. Better framerate over visuals for the win!
