From my experience, Dragon Ball never truly ends. We had Dragon Ball Super, and even though it concluded in 2018, they've kept the franchise alive with movies and manga. I wouldn't be surprised if a new series or movie pops up soon.
New Dragon Ball? Count on it! The franchise is too popular and profitable to just stop.
