I've only caught a couple of Togetics in the wild, so I'd say they're pretty rare. Try looking for it during special events!
Yeah, Togetic isn’t exactly a common sight. Best bet is to get it from hatching a 5km or 7km egg or evolving a Togepi.
Togetic? Rare? Nah, just walk around more, and you'll bump into one. Or at least, I did.
