Currently, Wreckfest doesn't support cross-platform play between PS5 and Xbox. Hope they change their minds in the future!

Actually, cross-play between PS5 and Xbox isn't supported for Wreckfest. You might have to stick to smashing cars with friends on the same platform.

From my experience, Wreckfest does not support cross-platform play between PS5 and Xbox. I had to buy it on both to play with different friends.
