Honestly, both are pretty much the same in performance. It just boils down to personal preference on looks and a few minor features.

The Xbox 360 E has a more modern look similar to the Xbox One and HDMI output, but it loses some ports and backward compatibility. So, S if you want features; E if you love aesthetics.
