It's hard to call Zeke a 'good guy' given his actions, but his intentions are complicated. He's working towards his own vision of salvation.
From personal experience watching the show, Zeke's more of an anti-hero. He thinks he's saving the world, but his methods are beyond questionable.
Hot take: Zeke's not a good guy, period. His actions caused too much harm, regardless of his intentions.
